Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Depot Manager platform, desktop agent, or cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Depot Manager is licensed on a per-machine basis. Each connected industrial device consumes one license slot. Your base subscription includes a defined number of slots; additional team members are billed at the published per-user rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Each edge installation uses a depot-scoped API key shown only once at generation. API keys bind to a single desktop ID and may not be shared across desktops. You are responsible for keeping each API key secure.

You may reissue or revoke your API key at any time. Revocation disables desktop access until a new API key is entered. We may revoke keys that show signs of abuse or unauthorized use.

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or use the platform to violate any law. You may not attempt to exceed your licensed machine count through technical circumvention.

Licensing is enforced both locally by the desktop agent and confirmed server-side. Expired subscriptions enter a view-only mode that permits configuration and renewal but halts active polling or sync.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The offline-first architecture ensures data capture continues locally during connectivity or platform outages, syncing when service is restored.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depot Manager is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, data export is available for 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
